History
Montry Cook began our enterprise in the 1930's. He incorporated COOK Paving on March 31st, 1950 and was soon joined by his son Thomas. Together they expanded the business and became certified at state and local levels as a Minority Business Enterprise.
COOK Paving & Construction was the first MBE certified company to win a prime contractor contract from ODOT. Thomas Cook to become Vice President and Richard A. Rogers and Dave Cabbil joined the firm as partners.
