General Laborer:

• 3+ years of experience
• Good standing member of Laborers Local 860, Local 404, or surrounding locals
• Perform a variety of tasks involving manual labor in a multitude of work environments.
• Experience in a diverse scope of work including concrete, asphalt, underground utility & site work.
• Ability to work with hand tools and small machinery.
• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe.
• Comply with all company safety rules and regulations.
• Loading and unloading equipment and materials
• Dedication to quality
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Positive attitude and team mentality

General Equipment Operator:

• 3+ years of experience
• Good standing member of Operating Engineers Local 18
• Perform daily maintenance and safety inspections.
• Inform management of any issues or equipment deficiencies
• Comply with all company safety rules and regulations.
• Ability to operate a diverse equipment portfolio not limited to excavators, loaders, pavers.
• Dedication to quality
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Positive attitude and team mentality
